In addition to physical signage, our website listings syndicate with several prominent real estate websites such as Zillow, Trulia, Rent.com, Hot Pads, Pad Mapper, etc., providing the most exposure possible.

Open Houses/Showings

In light of the pandemic, we are currently scheduling individual showings as per the guidelines and procedures set forth by the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) to ensure the safety of the public.

Tenant Screening

After prospective tenants apply online, we complete a comprehensive review process that includes a review of credit reports, residential and criminal histories as well as rental verifications.

Lease Agreements & Disclosures

We only use C.A.R. approved lease agreements and disclosures to ensure all legal bases are covered and our clients are protected.

Move-In & Move-Out Inspections

We provide all new tenants a checklist to note any damage to the property upon move-in. This same checklist is referenced by our team upon move-out to determine responsibility for any required repairs.
