Rent Collection

We offer our tenants an online portal for one-time or automatic monthly payments. This provides a free and convenient way for tenants to pay rent and ensure timely disbursements to Landlords.

Direct Deposits

Our Direct Deposit payment option gets Landlords paid faster and easier each month, however, we can always mail a physical check at no extra cost if preferred.

Owner's Statements & 1099-IRS Tax Forms

Owners receive monthly account statements documenting rental income and expenses. Records of all maintenance performed are kept on file and provided with monthly statements. We also generate annual owner’s statements and 1099-IRS tax forms for easy filing.

Annual Inspections & Rent Reevaluations

We perform annual property inspections and provide condition reports when repairs or upgrades are needed. We also reevaluate rental rates each year based on current market trends, so our clients' stay up-to-date with the value of their properties.
